Thermal performance of gasifier cooking stoves: A systematic literature review

A systematic literature review was conducted to summarize the overall thermal performance of different gasified cooking stoves from available literature. For this purpose, studies last 14 years (2008 2022) were searched using search strings. After screening, a total 28 articles selected for review. Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web Science databases used as strings by applying “Gasifier stove” AND “producer gas “thermal performance” keywords. This uncovers stoves, fuels, fabrication materials besides performances. The result shows that 5.88% 91% depending on design burning fuels. premixed producer burner with swirl vane stove provided highest range, which 84% 91%, updraft lowest performance, 8.79%. also demonstrates wood pellets fuel corn straw briquette stoves. 38.5% 10.86%.
